Nowadays, a television is often the center of attention in the room where it is displayed. Almost every piece of furniture is geared towards media consumption. This product requires a lot of attention even when it is not powered. What if we could take some of that attention away and add an element of decoration and surprise when not in use?
Signal is an interactive television that aims to offer versatility of use without requiring attention when not in use. It uses the flexibility of OLED display technology by folding in half like a book, in a single size with a small footprint. When closed,Signal offers two distinct features that can be used separately or together: a Bluetooth speaker and adjustable ambient lighting, which can be controlled by the TV remote or an app. Signal, requires manual interaction to open to enter TV mode

De nos jours, un téléviseur est souvent le centre d'attention dans la pièce où il est exposé. Presque chaque meuble est orienté vers la consommation médiatique. Ce produit demande beaucoup d'attention même lorsqu'il n'est pas alimenté. Et si on pouvait enlever un peu de cette attention et apporter un élément de décoration et de surprise quand il n'est pas utilisé?
Signal est un téléviseur interactif qui a pour but d'offrir la polyvalence d'utilisation sans exiger d'attention lorsqu'il n'est pas utilisé. Il utilise la flexibilité des écrans de technologie d'affichage OLED en se pliant en deux à la manière d'un livre, dans un format unique offrant un encombrement réduit. Lorsqu'il est fermé, Signal offre deux fonctionnalités distinctes qui peuvent être utilisées séparément ou ensemble: un haut-parleur Bluetooth et un éclairage ambiant réglable, qui peut être contrôlé par la télécommande du téléviseur ou une application.
